Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Berkat Muara Enim. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan metodenya deskriptif analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang merupakan sampel dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 65 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja sebesar 33%. Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja.
