Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the management of the road administration program at the public works and spatial planning department of Palembang. The background of this research is the target and realization of road management program where the achievement of the road management program exceeds the target that has been set, with a target of 65%, 79.80% realized with an achievement of 122.77%. so it is necessary to see what causes the achievement that exceeds the target of the road implementation program in the city of Palembang in 2020 which is seen from its management. The results of the study are expected to be used as an evaluation to see how far the achievement of the results from the use of the budget that has been allocated in the emergency period, so that it can be a reference for budgeting activities in the next fiscal year and making priorities for the needs of goods/services to be submitted to the community so that the objectives of the program can be achieved optimally.
