Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempresentasikan dan mendeskripsikan gizi seimbang pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anak usia (5-6) tahun di TK Bhayangkari III SPN Betung yang berjumlah 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengisian angket dan wawancara secara langsung dengan guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gizi seimbang anak usia (5-6) tahun dapat dilihat dari 3 indikator, yaitu mengonsumsi anekragam pangan dengan hasil 7 anak (58,3%) pada kategori Sangat Baik dan 5 anak (41,7%) pada kategori Baik (BK). Selanjutnya indikator membiasakan perilaku hidup bersih dengan hasil 9 anak (75%) pada kategori Sangat Baik (SB) dan 3 anak (25%) pada kategori Cukup Baik (CB). Dan indikator melakukan aktivitas fisik dengan hasil 9 anak (75%) pada kategori Sangat baik (SB) dan 3 anak (25%) pada kategori Baik (BK).
