Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge of occupational safety and health subjects (OHS) and learning outcomes on work readiness of students majoring in motorcycle business engineering (MMBE) at State Vocational High School 1 Air Kumbang. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 35 students in grades X and XII majoring in motorcycle business engineering (MMBE) at the State Vocational High School 1 Air Kumbang. Data collection using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the variable. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the coefficient of determination is 84.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the study, the value of F count = 42,650 and the significance obtained is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count 85.176> 1.775, this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variable K3 subject knowledge and learning outcomes affect the work readiness of students majoring in motorcycle business engineering (MMBE) at the State 1 Air Kumbang vocational high school.
