Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline to the employee :s• performance at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Pangkal Pinang. The population of this study are the total number of employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Pangkal Pinang, which requires 33 peoples. Sampling technique.fi-vm this research using census technique, therefore the sample of this research are 33 employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Pangkal Pinang. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work discipline has a positive and significant effect to the employee :S• pe,formance. Suggestion fbr Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah based.from this research to evaluate more in order to improve work discipline and the employee`s performance.
