Abstract

PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa is a honda motorcycle dealers in Betung, South Sumatra. Based on the results of analysis conducted by the author at PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa Betung, the existing system is still using conventional method which cause the lack of information about motorcycle sales and the difficulty in monitoring customer complaints. The application of motorcycle sales is require to overcome the problems. The application built using CRM method and PHP programming language with MySQL database. The application is expected to help the company to generate better information about motorbike and monitor consumer complaints
