Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of employees of PT Asuransi Buana Independent. The population of this study were all employees of PT Asuransi Buana Independent, totaling 33 employees. This research uses census method. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employee morale
