Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline to the employee`s performance at Bank BTPN Palembang. The population of this study are the total number of employees at Bank BTPN Palembang, which requires 70 peoples. Sampling technique from this research using census technique, therefore the sample of this research are 70 employees at Bank BTPN Palembang. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work discipline has a positive effect to the employee’s performance. Final suggestion for Bank BTPN based from this research to evaluate more in order to improve work discipline and the employee’s performance.
