Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline to the employee’s performance at PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Substation Palembang. The population of this study are the total number of employees at PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Substation Palembang, which requires 76 people. Sampling technique from this research using census method, therefore the sample of this research are 76 employees at PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Substation Palembang. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work discipline has a positive and significant effect to the employee’s performance.
