Abstract

The Problem of research is about there is a community emprowerment that has not touch the existing women Dusun II Lais. &cording MedcoEnergi E&P though the CSR program proides women empowerment though herbal medicine business. The purose of this study wa lo /r:now the process of the emprowermenl of women throgh herbal medicine bussiness and to /r:now the fonn of women through herbal medicine bussiness. This research is going with descpritive qualitative approach. As for the so urce of data coffecling data conducted by a observation, interview, and documentation. The rearch used reiforcement, protection, support, and maintenance,. The results of this research is medicinal plants and to know the from of empowennent of women are able to utilize medicinal plants and to know the fonn of empowennent provided by the MedcoEnergi E&P, Strengtlrning skill i!nuwleake', lrealrlr arrd ecrmomicr, in rite provision of tools and materials, froms the government of the garden, motivating the members of the monitoring coach and their is no difference in treatment with the people niticorporated in TOGA Mahkota.
