Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of income, number of children and age on the demand for education insurance products in the syariah insurance industry in Palembang City. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from questionnaires answered by respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is panel regression analysis. Model estimation uses the random effect model (REM) method, while the results of this study at a significant level of α = 0.05 indicate that the variables of income, number of children and age have a positive and significant relationship to the demand for education insurance products in the syariah insurance industry in Palembang City.
