Abstract

Operations that occur in the UPT BPPD Ilir Barat II Palembang can produce and collect the number of property taxes data. property taxes data in UPT BPPD Ilir Barat II only stored in Online Tax Application’s database. Lots of data has not been used to analyze and produce valuable information. One of it is data processing using data mining techniques. The data mining implementation is expected to improve the processing of data in the application of Online Tax so that it can improve the data utilization. This study aims to classify potential adherence taxpayer of property taxes using C4.5 algoritm. Methodology that used Nine Methodology Kimball for data warehouse and decision tree to follow the stages Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) for data mining. While testing the system using the Black Box Testing to measure whether the system is running properly in accordance with the expected. Results of this research will provide information in classify taxpayer of property taxes according their potential adherence.
