Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of processed coffee products from Indonesia and the factors influencing the processed coffee products in the main export destination countries. Specifically, this study uses data from four countries spanning the period 2011-2020. The competitiveness of processed coffee products is analyzed using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Export Product Dynamics (EPD). Panel data regression is employed to analyze the factors influencing processed coffee products. The results of this research indicate that: 1) Indonesia has shown strong RCA and EPD values during the period 2011-2020, which contribute to the competitiveness of Indonesian processed coffee products in the main export destination countries; 2) international coffee prices have a significant impact, while GDP and exchange rates do not significantly affect Indonesian processed coffee products. These findings necessitate the Indonesian government's focus on the factors influencing processed coffee products.
