Abstract

The purpose of this research are: To know 1) Effect of Recruitment Process on employee work productivity at Convection store Sakinah Palembang 2) Effect of work experience on employee work productivity of Convection store Sakinah Palembang. 3) Effect of Recruitment Process and work experience on employee work productivity of Convection store Sakinah Palembang. This study was conducted on 48 employees of Convection store Sakinah Palembang. Data collection techniques using quantitative methods, namely by distributing questionnaires which were then processed with the SPSS 2.9 program. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Recruitment Process and Work Experience on employee performance at Convection store Sakinah Palembang.
