Abstract
This research aimed to determine the effect of digital promotion and marketing on people's interest in saving at Bank Sumsel Babel. The population in this study is all savings customers at Bank Sumsel Babel in 2022, with a total of 1,229,964 customers. So, the results of sample calculations used a purposive sampling technique, so the respondents in this study were active customers of Bank Sumsel Babel in the category of types of savings services in 2023, as many as 156 customers. The results of multiple linear analyses show that digital promotion and marketing positively and significantly affect people's interest in saving at Bank Sumsel Babel. Promotion, selection of employees who are competent in customer service, and the addition of cooperative relationships with many brands to provide more attractive promotions. Digital marketing, adding to the number of employees as social media admins, and providing desirable discounts, is one of the hopes of Bank Sumsel Babel customers.
