Abstract
This research aimed at determining the significant influence of organizational culture and motivation toward employees performance at Public Company of BULOG, Regional Office in South-Sumatera and Bangka Belitung. This research applied 133 employees at Public Company of BULOG, Regional Office in South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung as the population of the study to select the sample of this research, census method was applied to all of the respondents in order the primary data can be obtained through distributing the questionnaires. The results of Multiple Linear Analysis showed that organizational culture and motivation significantly had a positive influence toward employees performance. It can be concluded that Organizational culture needs evaluating in line with giving workload and pressure to the employees to complete the work, as well as a great attention from the superior. To increase motivation, the management of Public Company of BULOG affords providing budgets for educational allowances, and rewards, as well as bonuses to the outstanding employees. Public Company of Bulog, Regional Office in South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung must distribute the workload according to responsibilities and pay attention to the basic needs of employees to improve performance
