Abstract
This research is motivated by the existence of KIP-K scholarships for students who need to provide motivation and student achievement. The purpose of this study was to prove the Effect of the KIP-K Scholarship on the Learning Motivation and Achievement of Economics Education Students, the Teaching and Education Faculty, Sriwijaya University, for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. This research uses associative quantitative method. The population in this study is 56 students who received KIP-K class 2020-2021. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the person product moment by testing the hypothesis using the t-test, the results obtained are t_count≥ t_table from the KIP-K scholarship variable on motivation, namely 2.822 > 0.2632 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of KIP-K scholarships on learning motivation. Furthermore, the results of t_count ≥ t_table of the KIP-K scholarship variable on learning achievement are 14.8973 > 0.2632, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the KIP-K scholarship on learning achievement. Thus there is an effect of the KIP-K scholarship on the motivation and learning achievement of Economics Education students at the Teaching and Education Faculty of Sriwijaya University for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Based on this research, KIP-K scholarships are quite capable of supporting learning motivation which is categorized as low, while KIP-K scholarships are able to support learning achievements which are categorized as very strong. Students receiving KIP-K scholarships are expected to be able to make learning motivation so that they are always enthusiastic in improving their learning achievements and complete the study period on time

Selanjutnya hasil dari variabel beasiswa KIP-K terhadap prestasi belajar yaitu 14,8973 > 0,2632 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh beasiswa KIP-K terhadap prestasi belajar. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh beasiswa KIP-K terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya Tahun Akademik 2020-2021. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, beasiswa KIP-K cukup mampu mendukung motivasi belajar yang terkategori rendah, sedangkan beasiswa KIP-K mampu mendukung prestasi belajar yang terkategori sangat kuat, mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K diharapkan dapat menjadikan motivasi belajar agar selalu bersemangat dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya dan menjalani masa studi tepat waktu.
