Abstract

CV RKU Komputers still use manual notes in the payment process and reporting systems that use Microsoft Excel. This results in delays and potential errors in recording and reporting data. Therefore, in this study, the authors aim to build a computer service payment application using the PHP programming language and MySQL as database. The method used in data collection is a qualitative method, while the method used in system development is the waterfall method. The results of the study are web-based computer service payment applications on CV. RKU Komputer which is expected to provide convenience and efficiency in the payment process, as well as produce reports that are more accurate and can be accessed easily.
