Abstract
The following article aims to make students at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang aware of the implementation of online learning which is one of the provisions implemented by the Indonesian state government aimed at reducing the spread of the virus from the pandemic period that was then occurring in Indonesian society. The policy taken by the Indonesian government in this aspect of education requires an online learning method carried out by a teacher and students whose learning method was originally in face-to-face classrooms and changed to online learning. Writing the following articles uses a qualitative arrangement, namely the arrangement carried out by the process of collecting data in research using a questionnaire and literature study in the form of studies obtained from related articles and scientific journals. The solution that can be done from the challenges of online learning is by holding programs such as developing a powerful teacher, involving a teacher in a professional development program, developing a teacher's abilities through training using digital technology, increasing a teacher to be active in activities. scientifically as well as upgrading processes for the quality of art in languages such as English.
