Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transparency, oversight, accountability, and redesign of the budgeting sistem either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Publik Service Agen cies. The population was taken from the PPSPM, PPK, Coordinators and Sub-coordinators, Finance, Academic Sections at the Administrative Head Office and Faculties, along with Leaders and Staff of Internal Control Committee (SPI), so that the population was 204 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling so that the entire population of 204 people was taken as a sample. The analysis technique used was multiple regression using SPSS application, and using using the t test and F test for hypothesis. The partial results showed that the transparency variabel had no significant effect on performance. Monitoring variabels had a significant effect on performance. The accountability variabel had no significant effect on performance. The variabel redesign of the budgeting sistem had a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously the variabels of transparency,supervision, accountability and redesign of the budgeting sistem simultaneously had a significant effect on performance. The conclusion showed that partially only the monitoring and budgeting sistem redesign variabels had an effect on performance. Meanwhile all independent variabels including transparency,oversight, accountability and budgeting sistem redesign simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.
