Abstract

This research focuses on how to implement the Zero Waste Farmers Creating Shared Value (CSV) program held by PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja to the Kemaro Island community in 2022 and will also discuss the constraints and obstacles during its implementation. This research will be examined using a qualitative descriptive perspective and this research uses a qualitative research method with a case study method and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the program Creating Shared Value (CSV) for Zero Waste farmers benefits the people of Kemaro Island because it provides programs such as utilizing water hyacinth waste, utilizing growing media for hydroponic vegetables and utilizing household organic waste to become eco enzyme. The obstacles that occur include internal obstacles such as data collection errors which result in a lack of vitamins and external obstacles, namely when the completion of this program makes people forget their obligation to protect the environment again.
