Abstract

This study aims to determine the anxiety level profile of male futsal athletes at Academy Briged Palembang U16 ahead of a match. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sample in the study was 20 male futsal athletes from Academy Briged Palembang U16 and 1 male futsal trainer from Academy Brigred Palembang U16. Based on the results of the study, the anxiety level of the academy brigred Palembang U16 male futsal athlete before the match was known that the results of the intrinsic factor with a percentage value of 70% while extrinsic with a percentage value of 60%, these results indicate intrinsic factors in the form of morale, competitive experience, negative thoughts, satisfied thoughts themselves, the level of anxiety is higher than the extrinsic factors of the Academy Bigreds Palembang U16 male futsal athlete before the match.
