Abstract

E-Lapkin or Performance Report Electronic Application is an application specifically for civil servants (PNS) in Palembang City Government Agencies to fill in or enter all data on the annual performance report of civil servants within their agencies. This study analyzes the acceptance of the Electronic Performance Report Application (E-Lapkin) at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Palembang City. The purpose of this study is to determine user acceptance of the E-Lapkin application, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The sample investigation in this study used the slovin formula, the results obtained amounted to 100 respondents by filling out a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS tools. It turns out that the perceived ease of use has a positive effect with a value of 0.331, which means proving that the perceived ease of using the E-Lapkin application will lead to a positive attitude from users that using it is fun. Perceived usefulness of the user (perceived usefullness) has a positive influence with a value of 0.147, which means that the higher the benefits obtained, the more satisfied and helpful the user is with the E-Lapkin application. Perceived attitude towards use (attitude towards use) has a positive influence with a value of 0.670, which means proving that this application has succeeded in making users like and comfortable in using this application. Factors that influence the reporting of the E-Lapkin application to users (PNS) have a value of 0.448 or in a proportion of 44.8% and the rest are influenced by other variables originating from outside the research model.
