Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and analyze the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Muara Enim. The population in this study were all civil servant nurses totaling 261 nurses with a sample of 73 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. The results of the analysis showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on nurse performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Muara Enim.
