Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Umum BULOG Kantor Wilayah Sumatera dan Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan nonprobability sampling dan formula slovin yaitu 40 karyawan yang didapat dari masing-masing bidang. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, mutasi dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
