Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sumatera Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 189 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sumatera Selatan.
