Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan variabel terpilih apakah menjadivariable determinan tenaga kerja terdidik dalam lama mencari kerja di kota.Palembang selama pandemic Covid-19 atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode regresi linier dengan pendekatan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pengalaman memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja bagi tenaga kerja terdidik diKota Palembang selama Pandemi COVID-19. Lebih lanjut, pengalaman jugamemiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja bagitenaga kerja terdidik di Kota Palembang selama Pandemi COVID-19. Sedangkan,jenis kelamin, umur, dan covid-19 memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap lamamencari kerja bagi tenaga kerja terdidik di Kota Palembang selama PandemiCOVID-19. Kata Kunci: Tenaga Kerja Terdidik, Lama Mencari Kerja, Pandemi Covid-19.
