Abstract

In today's digital era, the government needs an integrated dynamic archival information system that facilitates electronic storage and management of archives. One of the integrated dynamic archival information systems used by the Palembang City Government is SRIKANDI. Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (SRIKANDI) is an application for managing government agency archives or digital documents. In this study using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is a theory that describes the acceptance and interpretation of new information technology, which explores perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and acceptance intention. The results of this study show that the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Acceptance Intention have a positive effect on the consistency of policy implementation on the intention to continue using the SRIKANDI application.
