Abstract
The Mina Padi program has been able to optimize the use of natural and human resources, seen from economic, social and ecological aspects, regarding participation and level of sustainability as well as factors that influence the sustainability of the program, including internal and external factors. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a sample of 30 respondents. Primary and secondary data obtained through interviews with respondents using questionnaires, observations and references. The first aim of the research was to score data using a measurement Liket scale by giving scores of 1, 2 and 3 which represent the criteria of low (not sustainable), medium (quite sustainable), high (sustainable) and the second aim was to use tabulation, measurement by giving a score of 1 which means influential and 0 means no influence to measure internal and external factors that will influence the success of the program implemented by PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) Refinery Unit (RU) III Plaju. Based on the study of the sustainability analysis of the Mina Padi Program in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuasin Regency, it has a score of 35.19 including high criteria in terms of economic, social and ecological aspects. The success of the program is influenced by the factors of farmer group cohesion, Demonstration plot of Mina Padi, local knowledge and wisdom, Farming experience, Effective group leadership, and Farmer motivation, with this influence amounting to 78.33 percent. While external factors consist of program success influenced by Innovation, Access to inputs, Farming Productivity, Marketing, Support from village government, Support from companies, assistants and program experts, with this influence of 81.68 percent.
