Abstract

Traveloka mobile app is a service that offers accommodation and travel products, provided by PT Trinusa Travelindo. The study aims to find out how satisfied users are with the Traveloka mobile app. The research uses the EUCS methodology, which combines criteria such as content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness as fundamental components of the assessment. Data collection is done using a questionnaire distributed among Traveloka mobile users. After a thorough assessment of validity and reliability, the test findings confirm the validity of the question and its reliability. The Kaplan and Norton satisfaction averages and categories are used to calculate the output data of the questionnaire. The survey involved 300 participants who scored five factors, including Accuracy, Content, Format, Timeliness, and Ease of Use rated at 3.78 in satisfactory categories.. Therefore, for further research it is recommended to use other methods to obtain different results.
