Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the North Inderalaya District Office, Ogan Ilir Regency. The population in this study was the leadership and all employees at the North Indralaya District Office, totaling 45 people. The primary data collection technique in this research is through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis processed through the IBM SPSS 25 program. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the leadership style variable (X) has no effect and is not significant on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (Y) in North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency.
