Abstract
SMA Negeri 12 Palembang is one of the upper secondary level educational institutions in Palembang City. Effective and efficient literacy for teachers for the learning and assessment process will improve teacher performance because it can improve the quality of the process and student learning outcomes. Literacy in the use of ICT at SMA Negeri 12 Palembang is categorized as inadequate due to the lack of knowledge of some teachers in using ICT. The research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of literacy in using ICT on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 12 Palembang. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Primary data used in this research includes questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from literature study. The sample in this study was 44 teachers. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple regression analysis. The results of this research prove that literacy in the use of information and communication technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Palembang.
