Abstract

Planning o f Autism Therapeutic School and Research at City of Padang is vehiele to accommodate pcoplc with autism in the arca cf West Sumatra whose number is increasiiig evcry ycar. Localion ol lhis building in the city of Padang the site of the most number of pcoplc with autism in westem Sumatra. This planning covers clinic, therapy arca, spccialized schools with autism, autism research, museum, inn and also park therapy. Designing of Autism Therapeutic School and Research is based with the behavior of peoplc with autism, so the shape of the room, site concept, the concept of interior and exterior in accordance with tnc behavior of peoplc with audsm. By studying the behavior of pcoplc with autism, then gets term formation correspond with the order of the healing neriod from start diagnosed with autism, inspected, and determined whattype of therapy and treatment suitable for person?. After investigation, the persons going through a phase of therapy to be able to rise to the level of the school or formal education.
