Abstract
The type of research is research and development using a 4-D development model. (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate). The aim of this research is to find out the validity and practicality of video-based learning media tutorials on the material CNC Milling Simulator For Android in the FKIP UNSRI Engineering Educational Study Program. The subject of the research is a student of FKIP UNSRI Mechanical Engineering Education. The results of this study are: 1) Based on the results of the material expert validation obtained an average rating of 4.1547 with a valid category, and the result of the media expert validated an average score of 4.5138 with a very valid Category, thus can be declared valid from the material aspect and material aspect. 2) The field test results showed that the assessment with the average assessment of 4.2013 shows that the evaluation is very practical. So, the video-based learning media tutorial on the CNC Milling Simulator For Android material developed is categorized as valid in qualification and very practical to use.
