Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 4 dimensi customer value yaitu emotional value, social value, performance value, dan price value terhadap customer satisfaction restoran Saoenk Kito Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pelanggan yang pernah melakukan transaksi di restoran Saoenk Kito jambi dengan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini skala pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan software SPSS versi 2.6. Hasil kesimpulan pada penelitian ini meunjukkan bahwa secara parsial 3 dimensi customer value yaitu emotional value, performance value, dan price value berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction restoran Saoenk Kito Jambi, 1 dimensi customer value yaitu social value secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Variabel emotional value, social value, performance value, dan price value secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction.
