Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and financial compensation on the performance of marketing and operational division employees at PT Tirta Osmosis Sampurna in Palembang City. The population in this study consists of all marketing (sales) and operational (driver) division employees at PT Tirta Osmosis Sampurna, with a sample size of 61 individuals, using a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique where all members of the population are taken as samples. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Data were processed using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. Based on the results of this study, it is evident that the variables of work discipline and financial compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Tirta Osmosis Sampurna.
