Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di sdit izzuddin palembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 62 guru. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
