Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee commitment at PT Katingan Indah Utama. The population in this research is all employees at PT Katingan Indah Utama, totaling 150 people. Sampling in the research used nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling and accidental sampling approaches. This research used a sample size of 60 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique in this research uses simple regression. The results of this research are that transactional leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Keywords: transactional leadership style, employee commitment
