Abstract

Sriwijaya University Library UPT offers Digital Library services accessible through the web at http://digilib.unsri.ac.id. These services encompass access to the bold repository, bold library, and iThenticate plagiarism checks. This research gauges Fasilkom students' satisfaction with the website, utilizing the WebQual 4.0 method to evaluate usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The study encompassed 106 Fasilkom students at Sriwijaya University. The coefficient of determination test (R2) revealed that 72.5% of user satisfaction (Y) can be attributed to the variables in this research, with the remaining 27.5% stemming from other factors. Furthermore, the F hypothesis test demonstrated that the dependent variable (Y) is significantly impacted by all independent variables (X) concurrently. The results of the T test also indicated that the user satisfaction variable (Y) is significantly influenced by the three variables: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Therefore, Fasilkom students exhibit satisfaction with the website.
