Abstract

The aim of study is to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance of Puskesmas Sosial Kecamatan Sukabangun Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at Puskesmas Sosial Kecamatan Sukabangun Palembang which consists 53 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. Basen on the research shows that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and career development has a positive and significat effect on employee performance and training and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Puskesmas Sosial Kecataman Sukabangun Palembang
