Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze differences in working hours, education levels, skills and income among female MSME workers in OKI Regency during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in December 2023. This research used primary data with questionnaire techniques on female MSME workers in OKI Regency. The data in this study is presented in tabular form and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the research show that there are differences in working hours, skills and income among female MSME workers in OKI Regency during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, while there is no difference in the level of education among female MSME workers in OKI Regency during and after the pandemic.
