Abstract
This Research aims to test or analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and incetives on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employee of the Kalidoni Service Unit PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. The sample used was saturated sampling so that the sample in this study was the entire population of employees at the Kalidoni PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang Service Unit Office, totaling 39 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis, it was concluded that partially the transformational leadership style had an effect on employee performance and incentives had an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the transformational leadership style and incentives influence employee performance at the Kalidoni Service Unit Office of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang.
