Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Baturaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Baturaja menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang berjumlah 99 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan.
