Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kebudayaan, Pariwisata, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Dharmasraya Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan populasi 40 orang pegawai, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disarankan bagi pihak yang terkait untuk meningkatkan disiplin secara optimal, optimalisasi ini harus dilihat dari sisi kehadiran, dan sikap pegawai yang dibutuhkan sebagai alat peningkatan kinerja pegawai.
