Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Mekar Abadi Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Mekar Abadi Palembang yang berjumlah 51 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis tidak terbukti, karena secara parsial maupun simultan kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, temuan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan dari kompensasi langsung serta adanya pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan dari kompensasi tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan.
