Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan asam akrilat 70.000 ton/tahun rencana didirikan pada tahun 2021 berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Lubuk Gaung dengan luas area 3 Ha Proses pembuatan asam akrilat menggunakan proses dehidrasi gliserol dan oksidasi akrolein dan terbagi menjadi 2 tahap. Untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan pabrik asam akrilat akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang akan dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan adalah line and staf dengan total karyawan 105 orang. Pabrik pembuatan asam akrilat layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut: a) Annual Cash Flow =US$ 161,173,511.78 b) Selling Price =US$ 339,500,000.00 c) Total Capital Investment =US$ 429,423,383.76 d) Total Production Cost =US$ 145,981,670.82 e) Pay Out Time = 2 tahun f) Rate of Return On Investment = 36,41% g) Discounted Cash Flow = 37,81% h)Break Event Point = 29,14% i) Service Life = 11 tahun Kata kunci : pabrik, asam akrilat, proses dehidrasi, proses oksidasi, analisa ekonomi
