The popullaltion in this stuldy wals 40 employees of PT Palli Dalhlaln Jalyal, ulsing al saltulralted salmpling techniqule. The daltal ulsed in this resealrch is primalry daltal with daltal collection techniqules throulgh qulestionnalires. The alnallysis techniqule ulsed is mulltiple linealr regression alnallysis.
