Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze the socialization and implementation fire prevention and post-fire forest and land to the community in Perigi village location socialization of regional regulation no 8 year 2016 concerning forest and land fire control, (2) to calculate the income of the household farmers on sonor and field rice in Perigi village location socialization of regional regulation no 8 year 2016 concerning forest and land fire control, (3) to analyze the difference of farming on sonor and field rice in Perigi village location socialization of regional regulation no 8 year 2016 concerning forest and land fire control. This research was conducted in Perigi Village, Pangkalan Lampam Sub- District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The determination of location done intentionally which research method used was survey method. Data collection wass done in November 2017 until December 2017. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct field interviews with the community and secondary data was obtained from relevant offices or institutions, such as the general state of the area and prior research. The results showed that in the socialization and community implementation in preventing forest and land fires in Perigi village location socialization of regional regulation no 8 year 2016 concerning forest and land fire control from good criterion with score 32,56. While post-fire forest and land forest handling is very good criterion with score 35,80. Fire prevention and postfire forest and land fire management have three indicators: socialization, government support, and farmer implementation. Sonor rice household income greater than paddy rice farmer with income difference of Rp 2.026.262 per year.
