Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes in economics subjects among students at SMA Negeri 1 Namang. Many factors influence students' learning outcomes in economics subjects, one of which is learning readiness. This research is associative causality research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was Phase A students of SMA Negeri 1 Namang, totaling 207 students. Sampling used cluster random sampling and a sample of Phase A3 students was obtained, totaling 36 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and documentation. The results of the questionnaire data on variables of learning readiness and learning outcomes will later be tested for hypotheses. The results of the research show that there is an influence of learning readiness on learning outcomes in economics subjects for students at SMA Negeri 1 Namang. This can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing using parametric statistics and obtained tcount 2.840 more than table 1.690 so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The magnitude of the influence of learning readiness on the results of economics subjects for students at SMA Negeri 1 Namang is 19.77 persen and 80.23 persen is influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. Students are expected to be more active in increasing their learning readiness so as to obtain excellent learning results. Keywords : Learning Readiness, Learning Outcomes in Economics Subjects
