Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen untuk mencatat perawatan dan perbaikan mesin di laboratorium pemesinan. Menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan pendekatan model waterfall, teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pengujian langsung, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Evaluasi aspek functionality menunjukkan skor 1, yang menandakan bahwa semua fungsi sistem beroperasi sesuai harapan. Aspek usability dinilai melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh dosen dan teknisi laboratorium, dengan hasil indeks usability sebesar 91,6%, termasuk kategori "sangat layak". Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memenuhi dan melampaui ekspektasi dalam hal functionality dan usability, serta siap digunakan untuk mendukung manajemen di laboratorium pemesinan Pendidikan Teknik Mesin. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan operasional laboratorium serta memberikan manfaat besar bagi seluruh pengguna.Kata kunci : Pengembangan, Sistem Infomasi, Manajemen Laboratorium, Perawatan dan Perbaikan.
